Rather than speculating about what is in this product, here are the questions that would settle it. Every one is answerable in a sentence, and the answers you get are informative either way.
Eight questions about published facts, none unreasonable to ask before spending money.
The four formula questions
1. What is the milligram amount of each named ingredient? The single most useful question. Everything on this site is reasoning around its absence.
2. What is the green tea catechin standardisation, and is the extract decaffeinated? The first decides how much extract equals a researched dose; the second decides whether this is a stimulant product.
3. What are the probiotic strain designations and the CFU count? Without both, that part of the formula cannot be evaluated at all. Ask whether the count is guaranteed at manufacture or at expiry.
4. Exactly which fibres are in the “Fiber Blend”? Inulin, psyllium and glucomannan have different effects and different safety profiles — glucomannan in particular carries a choking warning the others do not.

5. Is this product a capsule or a powder? Sounds absurd to ask. It is necessary, because the pages selling this name describe both.
6. Which websites are authorised sellers? Several present themselves as official and they describe different formulas at different prices. The answer tells you which terms actually apply to a purchase.

The two purchase questions
7. What is the money-back period, and is there a minimum-use requirement? Ask both parts explicitly. One page says 180 days; another says 60 and requires 30 days of use.
8. Does a refund require returning product, and who pays return postage? Neither page answers this.
How to read the reply. Specific numbers are a good sign. A polite non-answer pointing you back to the product page is informative in its own way. And whatever you get, keep it — a written statement about doses or refund terms is worth having if something later goes wrong.
Fibre in a capsule cannot work
Of all the criticisms on this site, this is the one that requires no judgement at all.
Fermentable fibre genuinely improves satiety. Inulin and resistant starch reach the colon undigested, ferment into short-chain fatty acids and influence appetite signalling through GLP-1 and PYY. That mechanism is real and well documented.
It is documented at 5 to 30 grams a day. A heaped teaspoon to a heaped tablespoon. A large size-0 capsule holds roughly 0.8 grams of powder, shared between every ingredient in the formula.
You cannot deliver a fibre dose in a capsule. Not at a higher price, not with a better extract, not with any formulation trick. It is a volume problem. Fibre at an effective amount comes in a sachet, a scoop or a tablespoon — which is presumably why one of these pages sells a powder, and notably that page never names a specific fibre at all.

What we would do
Read the ingredient list and the guarantee text on the exact page taking your money, and screenshot both with the date visible — the official pages describe different products on different terms. Take the smallest package. Photograph the Supplement Facts panel when it arrives and compare it against what you were sold. Weigh at the same time each morning and compare weekly averages rather than individual days. And diarise day 50, assuming the shorter version of the guarantee applies.
How to verify any of this
Every figure above comes from a source you can check yourself: the ingredient lists and guarantee terms published on the seller’s own pages, and peer-reviewed literature on each named ingredient. Where an amount is not disclosed — which on this product is everywhere — we say so rather than estimating it. No, and no dietary supplement is. There is no pre-market approval for supplements. Facilities are registered and inspected, which is a different thing from being approved.
Ask a prescriber first. Green tea catechins, acetic acid and fermentable fibre can each lower blood glucose, which is additive with metformin, a sulfonylurea or insulin.
Concentrated green tea extracts carry a rare but documented liver-injury signal that EFSA has reviewed. Anyone with liver disease or raised liver enzymes should ask a doctor first.
Because probiotic evidence is strain-specific and no strains are named, and there is no CFU count. “Three strains” is not information a buyer can act on.
