Refund & Return Policy

Last updated 2026-08-26.

Either 180 days or 60 days, depending which page you bought from — and the 60-day version carries a 30-day minimum-use condition while calling itself unconditional. One official-looking site states a 180-day money-back guarantee, repeated four times. Another states an “unconditional 60-day guarantee from the date of purchase” and then, in the same paragraph, that a claim requires “at least 30 days of use”. A paid advertorial about the same product refers to 30-day return requirements. Screenshot the guarantee text on the page you order from, with the date visible.

Why this matters more than the price

In a category where the formula cannot be verified before purchase, the refund window is the only real protection a buyer has. If you believe you have 180 days and you actually have days 30 to 60, you find out at exactly the point when nothing can be done about it.

The practical consequence of a minimum-use requirement is worth stating plainly: if you must use the product for 30 days before claiming, and the window closes at day 60, your actual decision period is roughly days 30 to 60. That is half of what the headline number implies, and it is not how anyone reads the word “unconditional”.

The steps, in order

  1. Screenshot before you pay. The guarantee text, the ingredient list and the price, with the date visible in the capture. Ten seconds, and it is what decides a disputed refund.
  2. Assume the shorter window. Diarise day 50 from your purchase date regardless of what the page says. If the terms turn out to be 180 days, you have lost nothing by deciding early.
  3. Photograph the Supplement Facts panel on arrival and compare it against the ingredient list you were shown. Given that these pages describe different formulas, a mismatch is a real possibility — and a documented mismatch is a far stronger basis for a refund than dissatisfaction.
  4. Email support in writing, with your order number, inside the window. Keep a timestamped copy. Ask the three questions the published terms do not answer: does product have to be returned, are opened bottles accepted, and who pays return postage.
  5. Use a tracked return service and keep the tracking number until the credit appears on your statement.

The subscription question

One page answers “is there any hidden subscription?” with “Not at all! Your purchase is a one-time order, with no automatic renewals, hidden fees, or surprise charges.” That is a clear and welcome statement.

A paid advertorial about the same product, however, refers to subscription details buyers should understand before ordering. We cannot reconcile those two and will not pretend otherwise. Check your card statement the month after purchase, and note the payment descriptor at checkout so you know what to look for — it may not match the brand name.

Where this policy comes from

The steps above are our plain-English summary of the return terms published by the product’s seller, reviewed on 2026-08-26. This site does not process orders, payments or refunds. In any conflict, the seller’s own published policy at the time of your purchase governs. Confirm current terms at checkout before ordering.
