VapoCept Refund Policy Review: 180 Days or 60? Both, Apparently

The refund window is the only real protection a buyer has in this category. On this product, nobody can tell you what yours is until you check the specific page you are buying from.

What each source says

The powder page: “Every order is backed by our 180-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not delighted, reach out for a full refund.” It repeats the 180-day figure four times, including in a dedicated section headed “Your 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee”.

The capsule page: “an unconditional 60-day guarantee from the date of purchase” — followed immediately by “if, after at least 30 days of use, you are not completely satisfied…”

A paid advertorial about the same product refers to 30-day return requirements.

Why unconditional and 30-day-minimum cannot both be true

A minimum-use requirement is a condition. That is what the word means.

The practical consequence is worth spelling out. If a claim requires 30 days of use and the window closes at day 60, your actual decision period is days 30 to 60 — a month, not two. Someone who tries the product for a week, decides it is not for them and requests a refund at day 12 is, on a strict reading, outside the terms despite being well inside the headline period.

Most people read the headline number. That is why it is the headline.

How to protect yourself

Screenshot the guarantee text before you pay, with the date visible. If you later need to dispute a refusal, a dated capture of what you were promised is worth more than any argument about intent.

Assume the shorter window. Diarise day 50 from your purchase date. If your terms turn out to be 180 days you have lost nothing by deciding early.

Ask the three unpublished questions when you request a return: does product have to come back, are opened bottles accepted, and who pays postage. None of these is answered on any page.

Use a tracked service and keep the number until the credit appears.

What the seller does well

It would be dishonest to review this product on criticism alone, so here is what holds up.

The ingredients are real and sensibly chosen. Green tea extract, chicory inulin, resistant starch and apple cider vinegar all have genuine research behind them. Chicory inulin in particular has regulatory recognition in Europe for bowel function, which is more than most supplement ingredients achieve.

One page states the capsules are vegetarian and lactose-free. That is useful, specific information a great many sellers never provide.

The refrigeration instruction is honest. Telling buyers to refrigerate after opening for probiotic viability is a real handling detail that costs the seller convenience and gains them nothing commercially.

Each page’s pricing arithmetic multiplies correctly, and both carry the FDA disclaimer and exclude pregnancy and nursing explicitly.

Read the ingredient list and the guarantee text on the exact page taking your money, and screenshot both with the date visible — the official pages describe different products on different terms. Take the smallest package. Photograph the Supplement Facts panel when it arrives and compare it against what you were sold. Weigh at the same time each morning and compare weekly averages rather than individual days. And diarise day 50, assuming the shorter version of the guarantee applies.
